The racing thoughts, overthinking, tightness in your chest, the constant 'what ifs'-I get it. With 25+ years and 10 evidenced-based modalities, I help teens and adults break free from anxiety, and improve mood, self-worth, and motivation to build a life that feels calm, grounded, and authentic.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and board-certified supervisor with over 25 years of experience providing therapy services to children, teens, and adults. I have spent much of that time working at the world-renowned Kennedy Krieger Institute, a Johns Hopkins affiliate, where I was also in leadership. I've completed internships at Sheppard Pratt, a foremost expert in the mental health field, as well as the University of Maryland's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I've worked with individuals who have housing insecurity/homelessness through Catholic Charities, and have supervised Masters Level interns and Post-Graduate level social workers. (Feel free to click on the LinkedIn link to read more about my experience).
Over the years, I've had clients with many different diagnoses, including: Depression, Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Trauma, chronic pain, and more. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment/parent-child relationships, PTSD/Complex Trauma (IFS, TF-CBT, Somatic, EMDR), Mindfulness, Play therapy, Dialectical Behavioral, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and more.
I view clients through a holistic lens, using a strengths-based, systems-approach, and have Post Graduate Certifications in Treating Children & Adolescents, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Advanced Nutrition & Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Providers, Somatic Trauma Therapy, Circle of Security (attachment-based), Fussy Baby (attachment-based), and Leadership. A former Division 1 lacrosse player with a passion for exercise and fitness, I use this knowledge to help my clients improve both mental and physical wellness because it's all connected!
I have three grown sons and now that I'm no longer at my children's games or volunteering at their school or on the field, I am able to focus more on my passions, including consulting, supervising, volunteering, and program development. When I'm not working, I love watching Marvel movies, hiking, lifting weights, reading, and crowd surfing at concerts. I believe we should never stop playing like children!

Anxiety lives in your body as much as your mind. I combine fitness, nutrition, and somatic strategies to regulate your nervous system naturally. Whether it's the cortisol-crushing power of exercise, anti-inflammatory nutrition, or daily mindfulness rituals — we build a lifestyle that makes anxiety harder to sustain. I also offer specialized dating coaching to help you build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and navigate relationships from a place of secure self-worth.

Burnout and workplace anxiety cost organizations billions. Combining my Post Graduate Certification in Leadership with practical leadership experience, I help organizations build psychologically safe cultures, develop anxiety-informed management practices, reduce burnout, and create wellness programs that actually stick — because healthy teams don't just perform better, they stay.
